I had the chance to attend a conference for Performing Arts Center Managers in Phoenix in February, and this is one of the more interesting things I saw while out there. I also saw more mountains than I expected, and some beautiful rocks, which I've learned to appreciate more being married to an earth science teacher. The conference was great, as usual (this is my tenth year in a row), as we learned new marketing ideas, and studied ADA compliance and facility safety measures, among other things. We toured five facilities, including the beautiful, old, restored Orpheum Theatre in downtown Phoenix.
You Rock Raymond! I loved the pictures of the rocks! Loving you always and thanks again for the contributions you mailed me! Your favorite Earth science Teacher. JJ
My life is dedicated to serving God and showing His love to everyone I meet to the best of my ability. I have also dedicated my life to my fabulous wife, Julie, who I married in December, 2003, to her son James (born January 28, 1997), who I adopted as soon as legally possible, in March, 2005, and to our son Andy, born December 8, 2004. As a career, I'm living my childhood dream of running an auditorium. I've been the manager of Howard Chenery Auditorium in Kalamazoo since 1974, and still don't know what I'd do if I had to have a real job.
